Simon Locke-Wheaton from Plymouth University has designed an interesting product called “Pop On Lighting” that uses Bare Paint to visually display the electrical wires. Simon wants us to imagine wiring our rooms with paint in creative ways. His stylized chandelier is one of many intelligent wiring graphics that we can design and draw to then connect with his specially designed LED lighting bulbs. What we like most about this is the simplicity of his system and the emphasis on using the paint as an illustrative component. Take a look at our Badge Tutorial to see the basics of something similar.
