Bare Conductive at Maker Faire Rome 2016

We’re excited to be attending one of the biggest Maker Faire events around the globe and the biggest in Europe. This is actually the 4th year that we’re going to be exhibiting, but it always feels like the first time.

We’re certain that you all know or have heard what Maker Faire is but for those who don’t know yet, Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth – a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker Movement. It’s a place where people of all ages and backgrounds gather together to show what they are making, and share what they are learning.

Maker Faire Rome is the European edition of Maker Faire. Its mission is to place the city of Rome at the center of the debate on innovation, by spreading digital culture, and developing individual and collective entrepreneurship that is so integral to the Maker movement’s genetic makeup.

Maker Faire Rome is an event designed to turn the spotlight on hundreds of projects from around the world that are able to catapult visitors into the future.

This is an event where people can learn more about technology, innovation, design, crafts and much more.

It’s a big honour for us to be there and present our new and existing products to such a big audience. We’d love to see more people getting involved and using our technology in their projects and daily life.

We’ll be in Rome from Friday 14 October until Sunday 16 October showcasing what our products do and how you can use them. We’ll have a few activities where you can learn how to use the Touch Board, Electric Paint and our new addition, the Pi Cap.

Can’t wait to see you all there!
